Tube of Choice - For this tutorial, I used a delightful image created by Suzanne Woolcott.
Supplies: In the zip file are: Star Studded Font, Fireworks (3 files). Also included, Skyline Mask 2 and White Star, created by me. You can download the supplies here.
Drop Shadow: (for text)
Vertical Offset 2, Horizontal Offset 2, Opacity 80, Blur 5, Color Black
Step 1
Open up the skyline mask 2 and open up a new transparent image 450 width by 450 height. Flood fill the transparency with color #062792.
Step 2
Go to Layers/New Mask Layer from Image and at the drop down menu locate the Skyline Mask 2 image and have source luminance checked. Click ok.
Go to Layers/Merge/Merge Group.
Step 3
Go to Layers/Duplicate and Image/Mirror. Move the mirrored highest stack on top of the original highest stack so that there is only one high stack in the middle of the image. Go to Layers/Merge/Merge Visible.
Step 4
Left click the crop tool and draw a rectangle around the area of the tag you wish to keep - eliminating all the extra transparent canvas on the left and right side of the tag. Once your rectangle is drawn, double left click within the rectangular area or just left click the check mark on the crop ribbon.
Step 5
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and flood fill this new layer with Black.
Step 6
Go to Layers/Arrange/Send to bottom and go to Layers/Merge/Merge All (flatten).
Step 7
Go to Image/Add Border and when the border selection window opens up, for color select white, symmetric and border width 2.
Step 8
Go to Image/Add Border once more and when the border selection window opens up, for color select red, symmetric and border width 2.
Step 9
Open up your tube graphic and go to Edit/Copy. Make your tag image active and go to Edit/Paste as New Layer.
Step 10
Open up the star psp file making sure you are on the star layer. Copy and paste the star to your tag as many times as you like. If you want your stars to be a bit smaller, go to Image/Resize using the percent option at about 90%, bicubic and resize all layers Not checked.
Step 11
Add your copyright information and go to Layers/Merge/Merge All (flatten). Save this file as a psp or psd file. We will continue in animation shop.

Do this again and you will see F:9 - meaning you have 9 frames. Do this once more and you will see F:17 - meaning you have 17 frames.
