6 Tubes of Choice by the same artist - I used the delightful images created by Suzanne Woolcott.
Supplies include: Jasc's Fading Spectrum Gradient. This is one of my favorites. Before installing do see if you already have this one. If not, install this plugin in My PSP Documents under Gradients.
Gorjuss Friends Word Art Text created by me.
Image from Microsoft Clipart Media (I added the border).
Supplies can be downloaded here.
Font Used: Broadway Font
Flood Fill Setting
Match Mode None, Blend Mode Normal , Opacity 100
Image/Effects/Offset Effect
Horrizontal Offset 60, Vertical Offset 0, Custom checked, Wrap checked
Step 1
Open up a new transparent image 600 width by 600 height and all 6 tube images you will be using. Copy and paste each image so that all 6 fit across the transparent image. When each image go to Layer/New Raster Layer and for each image go to Image/Resize using the percent option, bicubic and resize all layers not checked. Try to make all 6 images about the same size.
When you have all 6 images pasted across the transparency go to Layers/Merge/Merge Visible.
Step 2
Go to Layers/Duplicate.
Step 3
On the Duplicate Layer go to Effects/Image Effects/Offset and use these settings:
Horizontal Offset 60, Vertical Offset 0, and make sure Custom and Wrap are checked.
Step 4
Go to Layers/Duplicate.
Again go to Effects/Image Effects/Offset and use the same settings from Step 3.
Step 5
Continue to Duplicate a layer and and apply the offset settings until you have 10 layers (including the first layer you started with). Save this file as a PSP file.
Working with the Microsoft Clipart Media File
Open the Microsoft Clipart Media image and only apply your copyright. Go to Layers/Merge/Merge All (Flatten). Save this file with a new name.
Working with the Word Art File
Step 1
At the Material Palette, click on the top color box and when the color selection window opens up, left click the gradient tab and locate the Fading Spectrum Gradient and set the Angle to 90 and repeats to 0.
Step 2
Open up the Word Art Text file and go to
Selections/Select All
Selections/Float
Selections Defloat
Selections/Modify/Contract 2
Left click the flood fill tool using the setting from above. Left click the flood fill tool on the selection and go to Selections/Select None. Save this file as a psp file.
Animation Shop
Step 1
Open the Microsoft Clipart Media Image, right click, and go to Duplicate Selected. Continue duplicating the image until you have 10 frames. Left click the Control and A Keys to Activate all the Frames.
Step 2
Open up the file that has the 6 images with the 10 layers. Left click the Control and A Keys to Activate all the frames. Go to Edit/Copy.
Step 3
Make sure that all the Microsoft Clipart Media Image frames are activated and go to Edit/Paste Into Selected Frame. Scroll to the very first frame and go to Edit/Paste into selected frame. Holding down the left mouse button, paste this file.
IMPORTANT: When pasting in Frame 1, make sure that your very last tube image is directly aligned with the right border of the picture. The image should be actually sitting directly upon that right border. Do not worry if only a partial image shows on the frame. When the scroll effect takes place, the image will be intact. See below how to place the image in frame 1 and how it will appear in Frame 2. When you have the image pasted where you want it in Frame 1, release the left mouse button.

Step 4
Making sure all the frames are activated, right click frame 1, go to Frame Properties and change the frame property to 40.
Adding the Word Art
Open up the Word Art File and go to Edit/Copy. Now go to Edit/Propagate Paste. Go to the very first frame of your animation. Go to Edit/Paste into selected frame. Holding down the left mouse button, place the word art exactly where you want it and release the left mouse button.
Saving the Animation
Step 1
Go to file/save and name your animation file. Click the Customize button to make sure you have all the correct settings for this animation. You should see two tabs: Colors and Optimizations
Colors
255 Colors, Optimized Median Cut and Error Diffusion should be checked.
Optimizations
The middle three selections should be checked.
The top and bottom selections - unchecked.
After customizing the animation settings, click Ok and click Next and you will get the following screens:
Screen 1 Animation versus output Size - just click next.
Screen 2 Optimization process - just click next.
Screen 3 Optimization preview - just click next.
Screen 4 Optimization results - click finish.
Step 2
Save the file as a gif file (without the signature text). This will be your tag template. You can later add the signature and resave separately so that you can make additional tags for friends and forum/group members.
Adding Text In Paint Shop Pro
Open up the original tag psp file. Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and add your text.
Go to Edit/Copy.
Close the original PSP file without the changes.
In Animation Shop
Step 1
Open up Animation Shop and go to Edit/Paste as New Animation.
Step 2
Make sure your animated tag is open and all the frames are activated. If they are not, click the Control and A Keys to Activate them.
Step 3
Make your text file active and go to Edit/Copy. This time you do not have to go to Edit/Propagate Paste since you already used this function previously to add the word art. Once you have utilized the Propagate Paste function, it does not have to be repeated. It is a control that will continue doing the propagate paste as long as you have animation shop open.
Step 4
Make the tag active and go to Edit/Paste into selected frame. Holding down the left mouse button, place the text exactly where you want it in the very first frame of the animation. Release the left mouse button and the text should now be in all the frames. Resave your animation with a new name.
