Making the Basic Tag
Step 1
Open up the Look at Me Template and open up the layer palette which is comprised of 5 layers. Each layer can be colorized by going to Adjust/Hue and Saturation, Colorize and moving the sliders over until you get a color you like.
Or, if you want one color with a variation of shades, you can do this. Go to Layers/Merge/Merge All (Flatten). Now go to Adjust/Hue and Saturation/Colorize and pick the primary color for your tag.
**If you have colorized the individual layers, now go to Layers/Merge/Merge All (flatten).**
Step 2
Make your tube graphic active and go to Edit/Copy. Make the tag image active and go to Edit/Paste as New Layer. If the image needs to be resized, go to Image/Resize, using the percent option, bicubic and resize all layers NOT checked. Left click the mover tool and center the tube image leaving room on one side for the bling and the other for text.
Step 3
Add the copyright and licensing information.
Step 4
Go to Layers/Merge/Merge All (flatten).
Step 5
Left click the magic wand using the (1) settings that has the tolerance at 85. Left click the dark frame surrounding the polka dots. Go to Layers/Duplicate. Do this once more so you now have three layers. DO NOT DESELECT.
Step 6
Go to the Middle Layer and flood fill dark frame with another color. DO NOT DESELECT.
Step 7
Go to the top layer and flood fill the dark frame with another color. Go to Selections/Select None.
Step 8
Go to the bottom layer. Left click the magic wand and change the tolerance to 38. Left click the magic wand on each of the heart borders. To activate the entire border, left click at the top middle area of each large heart and on the top middle area of the largest heart in the heart row. Also left click the magic wand on the light frame and the dark border that surrounds the tag.
Step 9
On the bottom layer, go to Adjust/Add/Remove/Noise/Add Noise and use these settings:
Gaussian, 45%, Monochrome. Click ok but DO NOT DESELECT.
Step 10
Go to the middle layer and apply the same noise setting. DO NOT DESELECT.
Step 11
Go to the top layer and again apply the same noise setting. Go to Selections/Select None.
Step 12
Go to bottom layer and left click the magic wand into the middle portions of the two big hearts and the heart row. DO NOT DESELECT.

Where it says New Color, left click the color box and with the dropper tool, either select a new color from the color selections, or if there is a color you want to use from your tag, left click the dropper on that color. Move the tolerance 59 and Match Mode should be RGB Value. Click ok. One of the hearts now should be the new color. Repeat these steps to change the second heart.
